When nature called me home.

2023 was one of the taugest years I experienced. I felt a deep transformation in my system, faced deep ancestral trauma that effected a lot the way how I could take part in social activities. Most of the time last year I was with myself as this was the only safe place I knew. In these months that I was alone I heard nature calling me. When I speak of nature I don´t speak about wild jungle but about parks and forests here in Berlin. I followed this call and once I ve been in the park, consciously greeting the leaves and flowers in their various shapes, structures and colors I realized my nervous system got more calm. I instantly felt ease. Touching the Earth - walking barefoot - seems to be a hippie practice - I just can share with you touching the earth with hands and feed is pure medicine.

Building Earth Altars became more than a hobby. It was my spiritual practice to stay connected with the Earth but also to be grounded in my body. When creating the Earth Altars suddenly there was no right or wrong anymore as it was a gift to nature and she would appreciate any outcome. Nature teached me that we are perfection as that is what she is. The Earth Altars opened a portal that connected me with great spirit guidance. Suddenly I received answers to questions that my limited mind couldn´t solve. Sometimes I created Earth Altars at home in the center of the room and just meditated with the vibration of the beauty and purity. It feels like the Earth Altars activated a deep wisdom within me. An ancient connection to Mother Nature, the animals, the plants, humanity and all life.

Indigenous people live in harmony with nature and protect her as they know that just when her being in balance they can survive. They know that nature provides everything they need to live so protecting her means protecting themselves.

Unfortunately colonial and patriarchial programming disconnected us from this sacred awareness what leads to more and more natural catastrophese, extinction of species, deforestation of the rain forest and exploitation of Earths` ressources believing that it wouldn´t have any consequences.

Earth Altar Blessing Ritual

Earth Altars offer a practice to honor and connect to nature. When we take time to go in nature, collect leaves and flowers, our nervous system suddenly calms down and we connect with the present moment. Our breathing starts to slow down and our awareness drops from mind to our body.

By creating the Earth Altar in form of a Mandala we tap into our creative power. We can feel the structure of the leaves, admire the different shapes of them and we start to call a playful, curious and innocent energy ino our body. Through the Earth Altar we can share our prayers and visions for the earth and ourselves.

When we are fully present in the moment and connected to our creative force we are incredible channels for great spirit guidance. We receive insights, guidance or inspirtaion.

The group experience starts with a gudided meditation that grounds you into the present moment and the group energy. We explore the elements in our body and feel the similarities to Mother Earth. A sound journey will deepen the experience. We`ll have a lot of natural materials like feathers, stones, candles, flowers, wood, nuts, beans and many more that you can connect with and create the Earth Altar together as a group. Creating together will rremind you to the awareness of Oneness - the fundamental spiritual truth of human life.

After the Earth Altar Creation is finsihed we will sit in silence and feel into our surrent state - most often being fascinated and astonished by the beauty we created.

We serve cacao to support the opening of the heart for the last part of our Ritual - the singing. Singing is another beautiful tool - for free and always available - that we can use to practice reconnection with the body.

We will start with a voice activation practice and go on singing medicine songs - for sure you alreday know some of them.

This group ritual is a very grounding, inspiring and a unique undertaking that will leave you with a calmed nervous system, a heart full of warmth and inspiration and activated awareness of oneness with life.
